Founder & Principal

Lamala Group

Before founding Lamala Group, I spent years working directly in the UK property market as a sourcer, a renovator, and a serviced accommodation operator. I’ve personally walked round hundreds of properties, negotiated with sellers in difficult situations, project-managed refurbishments through tradespeople, and run occupied buildings for paying guests.

Lamala Group exists because I saw the same problem from every angle: sellers in urgent situations kept getting passed between agents, middlemen, and anonymous “we buy any house” websites, with offers that changed at the last minute and no single person accountable. I wanted a direct, honest route — one buyer, one process, one person to talk to.

Every valuation, every offer, and every decision at Lamala Group comes from me. That’s deliberate. It means you’re never stuck talking to someone who can’t answer your question, and the price we agree on day one is the price on completion day.

Directly negotiated with sellers in time-pressured situations and underwrote deals using Land Registry comparables, condition surveys, and local knowledge. Understands exactly what a seller cares about when the pressure is on — because I’ve been on the other side of those conversations.

Managed Refurbishment

Project-managed full refurbishments of residential properties — from light touch cosmetic works to full rewires, re-plumbing, roofing, and extensions. Directly engaged and scheduled trades, controlled budgets, and delivered on timelines. This is why we buy properties “as is” with no repairs needed: we’ve already done all the work ourselves, on other people’s schedules.

Serviced Accommodation Operator

Ran serviced accommodation units in the UK, managing compliance, guest operations, licensing, cleaning rotations, and the day-to-day realities of keeping a property income-producing. Gives first-hand knowledge of what makes a building practical to own, what makes it a money pit, and how to assess a property for its real-world cost of ownership — not just its headline price.
